I have started using the ignore feature. It's great, I just don't read anything from the people who annoy me.. I get mild satisfaction now when I see:

 

"This message is hidden because "irritatingarb" is on your ignore list."

 

So if I don't reply to a comment you make that might be why..

 

I also suggested having option so that you could also block people from viewing your posts.. If it could be done this would cut down on the trolls as they just wouldn't see the posts..

I do get the OP's stance on this, but this is an Internet forum. We come here to get away from the mrs, to learn something,, to have a laugh or whatever. We're only brought here by the fact we have a common interest; chainsaws and trees. All work and no play would make for an uptight forum. Although, I have just watched a video of some guy in a helicopter... 'Twas riveting.

So ive now just had to spend 10 minutes of my time going through this and the other thread that I didn't really have to because we know about these things as mods, I woke up to 11 emails this morning about reported posts.

This is just 1 of those threads I now have to keep an eye on!
