Hi just joined forum and from Norfolk no webbed feet just four broken toes from dropping a forklift tine on my foot so have a bit of spare reading time.

Two pieces of advice

1 wear steel toe caps

2 don't drop fork lift tines on your foot it hurts.

Thanks for the welcome and advice,I'm glad I wasn't wearing steel toe caps because of the crush injury I just managed to get away with the compound fracture of the big toe anymore split skin they would of removed my nails and scraped out the wounds meaning longer of work.
