Really getting back into my dance music lately (for fitness and lots of fun) aerobic fitness can be dull, but this is far from! The clip of the lass doing the little shuffle makes me wanna go raving! the last clip is Tectonic style, she cant stop smiling, its too much fun, been struggling to get motivated to work out cycling running its all so pointless and boring.

 

mixing up a shuffle with tectonic dance and we can have some fun while keeping ultra fit!
