How far does your chipper fire!

I have a greenmech arborist130, and with most materials it struggles to fire the chip to the back of a transit tipper . It's new so I can't imagine anything been worn out. I am aware it's not a large chipper but thought it would manage to fire a fair bit. Some ends up at the tow bar area, Is this normal?

Had a quadchip which could happily hammer the headboard on my rb which has a 9'6" bed, demoed a gm 190 which like yours struggled to get greenery fare enough forward to efficiently fill the box, I now have a st8 which will fill a grain trailer even with wet conifer.

Do any other greenmech arborist owners find this happens also? We are finding we have to have the chipper along side the truck now to fire it to the back! No good if it's on a narrow driveway 😡

I cant vouch for the arborist but the only chippers that I have seen that can hit and ram the chip hard against the headboard of our trailer are the Greenmech 9" tracked belonging to a subby, our old Vermmer and Morbark WTC. Non of our Timberwolf chippers get close nor does a 9" jensen.
