I got some Dickies clip ons that look like a tape measure to hold my ordinary jeans up and they work well with good clips and they are wider elastic than cheap ones so more comfortable.

John . Ive had stihl , husky , sip , and to date the best ones ive had are army issue ones . They come in 3 sizes and are of good construction . Check out your local army surplus shop. . Failing that eat more lol lol .

Oregon wide black ones so much more comfortable than the usual stihl and husky offerings

 

All of them seem to lose their elasticity and none of the buckles seem to hold their adjustment.

 

They're a necessary item once your gut exceeds your hip measurement.
