  1. Hi there . You will sweat no matter which ones you get . Ex police trousers are good for me anyway that you have zips on bottom of legs so eazy to put on army ones are the same . And not to bad a price . I wouldnt rush out and buy brand name stuff . They will rip / wear just the same as cheap ones . Id look at ex army / police waterproofs . Ive work for companys ive been issued with cheap stuff and special made stuff . And both lasted well so really up to persons owns wants .
  2. Hi there . You could try foresty supplies in usa . They have stuff for smoke jumpers ( forest fire staff ) they have special kit to carry chainsaws into . Jobs . Or try google search for forest fire fighting eqp . Happy searching
  3. A the old bedfords mk / mj or sometimes known as robert redfords . A mans truck no fancy stuff in him . But done the job . Grear fun to drive .it was a work out before you got to job . And the roof hatch great in the summer (air con ) Remembering hiting kerb to get her out of four wheel drive . When she was retired from tree work the owner gave it to his local sailing club to pull trailers up the slipway she still there but in a sorry state
  4. Hi there . Had a td5 with similar prob you may have to get a new fob . Thats what we had to do touch wood no more prob . . Other probs on td5 was oil coming down wiring lumen.into brain under drivers seat .
  5. Hi there ive used various tipper landys with various back 110 with through box . Not much room for gear . Or chipping . Had a brown church roof rack on cab 130 single cab large chip box side boxes full lenght of side doors. Again roof rack over cab 130 double cab removed seats and fitted mesh cage / storage in rear but chip body small and yes roof rack . 190 double cab removed seats and fitted mesh cage/ storage in rear chip body ok . Bit long but ive seen a company in main land uk that can make a king cab landy (nene overland ) so it may be worth looking into . Or try foley they do special 130 conversions . Just for some out there ive worked in a few tree firms so had fun driving the above . All had there plus and minus
  6. John . Ive had stihl , husky , sip , and to date the best ones ive had are army issue ones . They come in 3 sizes and are of good construction . Check out your local army surplus shop. . Failing that eat more lol lol .
  7. Haix boots are normally good . But have to agree with others that normally split or sole comes of . Depends on were there used .on powerline work .walking through mud pole climbing etc . Or nice garden work

  9. Hi there i have had a 365 special from new great saw powerful saw and run a 18" bar its used on ground and aloft . Cant fault her . If you know the saws history and lts been looked after. Pius parts are avaible
  10. Yes good man landys all the way .owned many drove many best 4×4 .good towing vehicle . Good of road . Robust .only down side does need reg maintenance but most landy owners are handy/ able to repair them .

The team is authorised to members of working party persons in trainning fit and remove drain earths Fit and remove primary earths receive lwc up to 275kv receive pfw up to 275kv live lv tree cutting fit / remove lv shourding fit / lv shorten tress also myself trainning to sais1 20 switching operations in log book other team member sais 1 trained switching non interconnected circuits . And lv non interconnected circuits .
