We are now selling this new log splitter.

 

We think this will sell in big numbers and take over from the conventional ones.

 

This is a completely new design for the UK and as you will see from the clip it will split logs at a rate of 14 to the time it would normally take to split 3.

 

And they are doing a 25 ton pro version at about £1300.00 + VAT

Very impressive,i have seen the Rock machinery one in action as well but i wonder how the build quality holds up to the kinetic action? At the price tho seems a no brainer.

Seen a few others and very impressive on strait grained stuff but struggle / fail on gnarly stuff where a slower hydraulic one would get through or even a cork screw .

Shocked I was!

The Extenstion lead was not un-rolled, with the current draw from a 1.5kw motor, it will over-heat and melt.

How do i know?

Yes it looks fast....but is that not a problem?

Accidents where things get trapped are dealt with faster?

 

My hydraulic might not be fast, but I have the chance to back it out if things look shaky...this has only one mode. Smash

 

Sorry, not for me. If I want fast I'll go back to the reliable X27

Very fast,Ive got the stitches and metal plate in my head to prove it!!,Put a knotty log into one its split it into many bits Sending it in various directions mostly near my head,Yes I know I should have worn a helmet etc etc,But I didn't,Brilliant machine but be very careful using it
