Interesting about the sizing. I'm bordering between small and medium so I'll hold off until I can try one on I think.

I'm the same so could you post the result when you find out please?

Im looking at new jacket, the longer arms sound great as Im 6'4, normally medium, so would go for large.

But was wondering how you guys were getting on with them. Some of you must have had them a year by now? Have had 2 Harkies and fancy a change

Cheers

I must of had mine about a year now and its holding up really well. It's been washed several times and still waterproof. Some ingrained dirt has taken the glaring orange down a shade or two so thumbs up all round :)

Good jacket. Only downside is that the armpit side vent zips are rubbish.... all the other zips on the jacket have been fine (actually very good) but for some reason they've fitted piddly little zips for the side vents and frankly, they are crap! (both sides).

Anybody else had the same problem?

Was walking through Aldi last week and saw they had waterproof/breathable fishing jackets for £20. Decided to get one and it is surprisingly good: very tough fabric with good waterproofing. I wore it doing a really scabby conifer hedge reduction and it got through without a scratch. Kept me very dry in heavy rain.

Highly recommended.
