You lucky. I've got 4 grand owing me (I'm only a 1 man band with occasional help). Same excuses. Promised to be paid yesterday, and today (1 month overdue). If I ain't paid tomorrow looks like a trip to Liverpool. I love direct action

Yikes! that would have me stressed. Hope you get payment in full.

Get the forms from small claims courts and make a copy. Fill in the copy and post it to him with cover note saying original will be returned to court within 5/7/10 working days if cheque is not received pronto.

 

Worked several times for me. :thumbup:

It's not exactly next door and frankly I don't like the idea of a confrontation think Ian is probably right.

 

Chances are neither do they, which is why calling in person is so effective.

 

You just need to think through the fact that you have given both time and money to do the work and they are now trying to steal from you, you have every right to go see them and ask why they are choosing to steal from you!!!:thumbdown:
