My trailer high sides are made from wardrobe doors! Still going strong even after a couple of years of hard graft. Haha

£60 and a bit of paint, job done 😀 got a different transit with metal sides and roof now, but can't fault a bit of plywood to get going with

the sides are made from galv sheet and box section, the top is a timber frame with galv sheeting!! I take the top off when not chipping!!

Put some temporary sides on the Hilux tipper years ago but they are still on there:thumbdown: , they still make me ill to look at them.

Good thread, some nice looking jobs.

 

Gotta say, unpainted ply looks awful and doesn't give a good pro look. Painting it wont cost you much and makes you look far more professional.

 

You only get one chance to make a first impression.
