I wouldn't say that was too much to ask. I take exception to the non-smoking part but then I would.

He's not asking for loads of qualifications, just a decent work ethic.

Does seem difficult to find at the moment though.

It was semi serious but a bit of humour thrown in:) I was a smoker so that's why I detest it. 2 of the lads that help me smoke but they aim pee takers and do a bloody good job. Timers don't bother me but the young pill/sniff heads do my head in.

By the way, Hodge, care to justify the non smoking stipulation?

I just couldn't let it go

The one where there is work to be done but he's busy rolling a tab instead, the one where the middle class / middle age customer is talking to us about what being done and he's stood puffing a tab like there is no tomorrow or the one where he's dropped tab ends around the pristine garden. Not all smokers are like that but......

Fair play. I have a strict "no cocaine after noon" rule. Helps me sleep at night.

And to prevent this post from being a derail: grafter with a positive mental attitude. The rest can be taught.

Thanks for explaining. All the worst points of a smoker.

Come to think of it there aren't many good points for it...

Had an interestign chat with a trainign provider the other day, which got me thinking.

As I'm trying to move my career over to arb, I'm puttign myself on or through training. Currently waiting to get on my C30 and 31. I'm waiting for the learning agreement from Capel for the online RFS level 2.

What else would you want, bearing in mind I don't have a lot of experience.

If someone turned up asking for work experience / becoming a trainee / groundie job what would you want?

C30/31 is prettyy much a given.

C38?

Chipper?

Grinder?

ISO 3103?

Cs 30 is a necessity, anything else is a bonus really.Remember a great work ethic will get an employer to invest in you by gettin you the relevant tickets and courses.Older guys seem to do better than young halfwits dickin about on there f@#n fones

Non smoking, no drug taking grafter who does not have a mobile phone instead of fingers, brings his bait to work and does not need to be subbed his wage everyday. They would listen and not backchat with lip or how they no better because that's how they learnt it at college last week. Saw tickets, driving licence etc would be a bonus.

Where can I find him at
