Interesting to see everyone's take on it.

 

I will just keep ploughing on and see if anything comes of it.

 

 

I have just mentioned it to my Father in Law who knows him due to being on the same shoot a few years back, he apparently caught this fellow "accidentally" trying to load up his 12bore with my mother in laws 20g cartridges that he lifted from her bag.

I think he's one to avoid!

if anybody came round my yard talking **** like that ,i'd give to 2 options 1 do one 2 or your going through that firewood processor ,if he has 1000 customers why would he be worried he should make a decent living out of that ,carry on ,good luck

My local firewood man gave me a ring the other day to come round for a "chat"

 

This guy has a bit of reputation about him anyway so I'm steering clear of dealing with him.

 

What's everyone else relationships like with their close competitors?

 

Should I expect more of same from people protecting there patch?

 

Watch you back , Don "the log" Cazzo may send the boys round and put a decapitated Sooty between your sheets.

I've had a couple of calls from people fishing for my biomass chipping rates, i'm happy to tell them what I charge. I still find it a bit sneaky though.

Should of let him do it , put a 12 in behind it and he would " avoiding " himself for ever .....:001_smile:
