Norway or germany?

Can anybody advise on their experiences of working in Norway or Germany as I have heard it can be worthwhile?

I've never worked in arb but have worked with both nationalities over the years and would much prefer to work with Norwegians. If I was going to relocate I'd worry about the lack of daylight in the Norwegian winter (both on impact of working hours outside and on my mental health) but would still err towards Norway.

Can't you try both places and see which one suits you better? I've worked in Norway and it's nice but eye wateringly expensive and I've worked with people who have worked in Germany and most say it's great.

If your going to norway don't work for Acrobat! But other than that norway is beautiful. It rains an awful lot though!

Go and stand at the very top of Scotland and see what you think . Its about the same latitude and the very bottom of Norway !
