iPhone data transfer

I've just left O2 for EE because of coverage issues, cost and my old 4S had the battery life of Katie Price's vibrator.

My new 6 is up and running, with contacts transferred in store.

I haven't owned a laptop or Mac for about 2 years, so haven't synced my phone on iTunes for that long, although allegedly everything was backed up to iCloud.

Any ideas about transferring photos, tunes, apps etc. from old phone to new without spending at least £500 on a laptop I don't really need would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

As it's Friday, I will entertain comments from the non tech savvy amongst you, but I've started on the Stella, and my tolerance has limits....

Hi

So are you after some software that will do a iphone to iphone transfer - if it exists?

Most apps that browse your iPhone run from a host PC/Mac so that would be a more desirable way

Thanks NfG, I do understand this basic stuff.

Host Mac/PC is undesirable.

Cheers.

Never had an iphone but I understand they have an interphone local coms thingie (a bit like bluetooth) normally used to send pictures of body parts to people you don't know on the same commuter train / underground who have forgotten to switch that functionality off. Assuming you have both phones I'd have thought you could have used that, it may be a bit slow but should do the trick.

(halfway through a bottle of red wine but if you need me to check the name of the app/software that does that i will try)
