I have been offered the option to rent some farm ground to use as my yard but I am just wandering what the rules are regarding using the area as a place to store green waste. 80% of my work is garden maintenance hedge cutting, lawn mowing etc etc.

I have been on the environment agency website and its like looking for a needle in a haystack....
