Some nice bikes coming out:001_smile:

Quick pointer towards shimano M424 pedals, much easier to get your foot back into after a dab, and enough platform for it not to be game over if you land not clipped in. Also cheap, and light for the money, I thought they'd die pretty quick but not the case so far.

I have not posted on here for a bit as I've had 2 holidays before and after picking up my new bike and work is extremely busy but I've had a few good rides out the last couple of months, I've been getting the new bike set up right, it takes a while to get the suspension dialled in and I think I'm happy with it now. I must say what a difference it is having a full sus bike, very fast downhill and handles sweet. I had a great ride out today around Kentmere, I love it up there and great views. Nice bikes and pictures.

I finally got myself a MTB the other day. More for bumming about up the woods with my kids than anything else. Seemed a bargain and at only 250 made I plumped for this one. A 2014 Kona Mini Mula. Almost half price.

Lakeland Monster Miles- 2015 Adventure Cross Series - Cycling Weekly

The lakeland monster miles adventure cross

I did it in 2013. Awesome event riding around skiddaw etc and in to whinlatter

Suitable for MTB or cyclocross bikes

Only did the shorter route, in 5hours 40 mins

I was looking at doing that, it on the 4th of October I think, starts in Keswick. Looks like good fun.
