not happy with finished job

your first post comes across kinda conflicting to me....you finished it, but you're not happy with it but they are...so how did you actually finish it, assuming that your definition of finishing a job is having done your final finishing cuts?? sorry if that doesnt make sense!!

 

basically me up the tree they tell me where they want me cut it i do what they wanted but where they wanted me cut it makes it looks a mess

If you cut where THEY wanted and THEY are paying and THEY are happy, I would be happy too :001_smile:

things like this reduction last year to me this isnt a good or finished job but customer was happy company who got this job told me where cut it said it was finished and to come down and they were happy with it

You have to imagine that YOU didn't do the job, the company you were working for (i.e. the one that gets paid by the customer) did the job. They just happened ot use you for the climbing part of it. Take the money.

 

If it up sets you that much then don't work for them again. Another problem is if you do a fantastic job and it make the company your working for look better than they really are, again take the money but decide if you want to continue making them look good.
