Lawnflite PRO553 HRS - Thoughts?

I've been looking to upgrade my mower to a top of the line rear roller mower with a large deck. I'm having trouble making a decision on which mower to buy.

 

The model I'm really set on is the PRO553 HRS and the cheapest I have found it is £979 inc VAT and the standard 553 HRS is £895 inc VAT.

 

The Honda HRH 536 looks just like the Lawnflite but costs around £4-500 more? Whats the difference?

 

Any significant difference between the HRS and HRS Pro?

One difference is the gearing on the Lawnflite is faster ,I know a couple of gardener's who have traded their Honda's in for them .

 

From what I see of them they are the old Honda Pro design and most parts are not interchangeable.

I went for the Kubota version, Got mine for approx £900 it's been faultless.

I got a lawnflite mower like you talking about and with the engine turned up a slight bit it's brilliant! Can't fault at all!

Got the pro with handle stays and front bumper etc, faultless machine, no point in going Honda. Lawnflite pro / Asuka / Sarp / Danarm / Kubota are all the same - made by Kaaz.

I went for the Cobra 21" pro version. Same as Lawnflite, kubota etc. Great mowers!
