Completely agree with the point on men laying down there life for the country my old man use to drum it in to me.

Your right Mark! from when I was old enough to vote, Dad made sure I did.... 'You've got your say boy, make it heard'!

 

The labour market is 'on the up' due to lots of people being self employed or on zero hours contracts (not ideal)..... The day rate don't seem to be on the up for most trades mind.
