I've read it, Jon's applauding the companionship of Clarkson's colleagues, saying it's difficult to find, whilst Jon does not condone Clarkson's actions.

 

To those speculating where he may go next, he writes for the sun, so sky is very likely, although I would imagine Simon cowell could offer a very good deal to go to itv!
