And so the day has arrived. I go home today. Chapter 1 finished and Chapter 2 about to start.

Thanks to you all for your kind words and thoughts and donations. You've all been amazing.

I will keep you all updated as to my progress and I look forward to once again to contributing photos nd thoughts to this great forum. :001_smile:

you are an inspiration sean, i wish everyone had the outlook on life that you do...

had my own accident the other day when a lovely macrocarpa bowl exploded as i was sanding it and tried ripping my left nipple off but compared to you i'll put it down as a scratch nothing more....:laugh1:

Sean, you've been inspirational in your posts and the acceptance of your situation. I've the deepest respect for you because I doubt, I know, I couldn't deal with all you've gone through.

Keep your chin up mate, I wish you and yours the very best,

Gary

Hi Sean

Hope all is still progressing positively.

Just a note to say that we have not forgotten you.

Because of our dangerous work, especially working alone, I now make an extra effort to try and be safe, the use of the bSafe app and registering 999 on my iPhone is just one example.

I rather miss your photographs and one of those every now and again is wonderful to see. You don't have to say anything, the picture will say a lot!

Now you have mentioned your love of Swallows, I think of you every time I see one and hope that you are doing well.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
