When I lived alone I stripped and rebuilt a V4 Honda engine on the back room table . Fitted a TTS 837cc big bore kit to a 750cc FK engine .

My wife did let me heat up crankshaft bearings in the electric oven once for a husky 362xp. But I wasn't allowed to do it again after that, thankfully, never needed to.

I just make sure it's something like tidied up before she get's in :blushing:

 

Mine is too sharp, or Im too daft. It gets worked out. Its like living with a detective. Credit to her she is interested in what I do. Also my sidekick on some jobs.

I cant do anything without her finding out,if i pop back when she's out to make a sandwich,she knows instinctively,whether ive been using butter or spread, selected white or brown bread,and how many cranberrys were in the wenslydale.
