Hi All

Just a heads up that we are now doing a night shift.:001_smile:

After a successful 3-week trial, we are very happy to announce that we will now be running a permanent night shift in order to process, pick and pack your orders.

While the shop and phone lines are closed, our dedicated night team will respond to over-night queries (by email if they can) re-stock the showroom and warehouse, and generally prepare the shop for the following day. We are currently working with our couriers to arrange for later collection times, to allow us to process incoming orders until much later in the day. Until then, we will continue to pick and pack overnight orders as they come in, ready for collection the following day.

So don't be surprised if you get a conformation email at midnight that your parcel is on it's way, as the night elves will be there picking and packing.

We are talking about opening the shop later as well. What do you think? Would it be of any help if we was open until 9 or 10?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Open shop later is only good for locals. What abouts either a knock and wait or a contact first for an appointment. Then the elves can be busy to the maximum. Then deal with customer, rather than having someone hovering around just in case.

If it takes off then have dedicated sales personnel.

Opening later would be handy, although how about only one or two nights a week?

There have been times when working near Sidcup when i have thought about going to you afterwards to pick up the odd couple of bits but haven't cos its too late in the day to be there before closing time with the traffic factored in too.
