the bmi scale is a heap of crap to go off as muscle weighs more than fat.

 

I totally agree with the weight thing, nothing worse than carrying chunk cos he likes Burger King too much, had it in my last job and its a joke!

Yes why non-smoking in an outdoors job? Understand if no smoking in the truck etc., but this seems unreasonable. What else is not allowed?

Just seems a bit daft that you have to be a non-smoker to be eligible fair enough if your overweight or take drugs but smoking how does this hinder you doing any part of your job in this industry?

 

No one said it stops you doing your job but its effin unpleasant for those around you that have to breathe the second hand smoke in.

smokers druggies and fatties

cost more money to employ i.e. ciggies coke & pies don't come cheap

Maybe the employer dosnt want to be paying someone to have a fag, same as mobiles.

I've worked with a smoker before and it's annoying that they seem think it's their right to sit around and smoke while the rest worked.

Worked it out he smoked 2wk a year while we worked.

Oh and it stinks.
