Sorry for not updating you guys  !!

Good news is that we have a few pairs out on test at the moment and are just waiting for the feedback to come in and then we should have a final design sorted out to hit the button on production. (Looking at early October for availability).

Will keep you posted…promise!

Did I mention that your R&D process won't be complete unless I've tested a pair this winter, starting tomorrow cos the forecast is very wet!

:laugh1:

Berghaus Deluge have everything they need and nothing they don't.

Long zips and poppers for getting on over boots, no fly and no pockets, elasticated waist.

If you need access to your keks you just hoick them down.

They are totally waterproof, but also quite flimsy.

Are yours are a tougher version of these Yve you'll be on a winner.

yeah the berghaus ones are lovely and can be had for a nice price online.

could use to be a little tougher even around the bottom where in contact with ground most, or knee areas tougher - other than that pretty good indeed. So some ideas for alternative versions perhaps.

Yvone, having read the comments above I'll add my questions...

Currently felling oversized outside trees that are too rough for the harvester, whilst there is no climbing involved walking approx 3/4 mile over the recently felled site is a test for legwarmers, ripped the stitching out of the seams of my stretch air pants, as a forestry hand cutter I need a tough design capable of not being ripped by the brash and plenty of room for movement as I clamber through the brash. Cheers :-)

Ha ha and I had visions of a guy in Kevlar tutu pirouetting across a mountainside!

But seriously this is basically what I'm looking for too : as hard wearing downstairs as upstairs!

Also,Yve, are you gonna take pre orders?
