I don't know what Musto jackets are like but I've had a Musto light fleece for close on 25yrs. The carry bag it came in; I turned into a 12.5m throwbag for paddling. Even the bag is tough and hard wearing.

Note. I already had a 20m Yak throwline.

I'm having a go at a navey gore tex jacket surplus army coats brand new found it on eBay think it was only £35 they are fairly long so won't be that good for climbing but a brilliant groundsman coat worth a look

This is where I sent our team - ex army gortex. For the money nothing out there to touch it. Need to regularly to Nikwax it in the W Machine though.

I've got one of these Andrew, good kit, and hard wearing, but mine started leaking a bit last year, despite reproofing.

That's a shame; I've not had a problem yet, but I'm not wearing it all the time.

How long you had it Mark as I think Country Covers usually have a four year guarantee???

3rd winter I think.

I wouldn't hassle them about the guarantee, I've given it a right hammering to be fair.

I'd buy another one.
