How much does Public Liability Insurance cost??

As title.

 

Thinking of going it alone and obviously id need public liability insurance, Id be a one man band with the odd climber drafted in to help me. Just wondering the costs invloved?

 

Anyone got any links as to where i can find out more info?? Any recommendations would be good too??

Why not call a insurance company and get a quote, thats what most of us do! :001_tongue:

Aye, il be ringing round tomorrow Lee, Just thought id post on here to get a ruff idea and some decent companys to ring.

When you call them you will need an idea of your projected turnover for the year and how your work will be split up eg 20% forestry 40% climbing 40% groundwork as they will base risk on your premium. Be prepared with this info before calling and you will get a quote based on the figures you give them. Obviously the bigger the turnover and certain types of work you do then different premiums.

call willy on 01563 524 013. nfu vary all over the country but he did me a good deal, they are strange about if you have policys somewhere else through them, i cant understand that. but i get everything for 585, tell them it was me that recommended them and just be persistant with them, they usually take a few days but dont be scared to hound them on
