Coming back from today's call out and spotted this car on strange plates with some sort of cover on it and nets over all the glass, any ideas?

Crap picture I know but just grabbed phone as thought very strange!

Drove past MIRA a few time seen several cars with zebra paint to camouflage the body panel shapes
