It was a wise Canadian that gave me the wisdom. We had a seriously big session and were due to go fishing the next day. Woke with the mother of hang overs he took me straight to Mc'd s sorted me right out. I dont normally eat that s**t but it is the cure I have no doubt about that

I have to say i find that about half a bottle of havana club anejo especial rum and about as much strong nepali as possible will both create and cure the perfect hangover....or drink yourself sober?

Drink real ale only. If I drink lager I get a hangover and the stuff is so full of chemicals. I never drink wine or spirits, real ale never gives me a hangover.

IME, thats the thing, you don't feel like food at all but if you get a McD's burger and can keep it down for about 15 to 20 minuets (takes some doing) your sorted!

I was out last night...bad hangover today...went to gym and sweated it out and drank loads of water.
