Using a chainsaw in a public place

Question

Posted

Just out of interest how would an individual stand in the eyes of the law if he/her used a chainsaw without suitable PPE, without insurance or training in a public place with no warning signs etc?

One of the advantages of getting older is learning that stuff like this simply isn't worth bothering about.

Life is way too short.

I'm in as well. Simple words of wisdom. Probably only getting revenge on you. Is what will become of it. Express your opinion to people, when it goes wrong they will respect your opinion.

My neighbour has said he’s going to call the police because we are using a chainsaw on our land..

( you can't use a chainsaw in a Public Place ( even wearing a 'Scream' mask , god knows why... )  unless yr a contractor with all the appropriates in place, plenty of legal bricks will fall on yr head otherwise )
