Interesting how he describes the gob cut . Very open ( angled top and bottom ) ........possibly written by a beaver ?

there will be a few jobs to clear up over the bank holiday then!

 

 

yeah cutting trapped saws out or replacing crushed fencing haha

 

you might have to wait for the ambulance crews and police to clear the scene of the accident first though

What a load of balls! Lol can't actually believe what I was reading!

Felling a tree is easy though! Getting it to go where you want is the skilled bit, otherwise nobody would bugger it up and get tree surgeons. We need people to bugger up attempts to reiterate why we are needed in the first place!

I was given some Birch about a foot thick trunk recently and when I went to fetch it the woman told me her brother had cut the tree down with an axe. It was in a field so it didn't really matter where it landed but it would have been easier with a saw.
