yep go for pink gay pounds it is where the money is!!I like te idea of plastic over the boards my new tranny is being sprayred at the momment was going to get metal sides made up but think this sounds a good idea!

 

Nice truck mate,what happened to the l200 tipper.

the thick plastic is great, its about £80 for an 8x4 sheet but you can put stickers straight on and then screw the whole thing to the body. I still have my mog ones that were on it for 6 years, i wil probably put them on the truck aswell so they do have a long life.:thumbup1:

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, I may get a couple of sheets of that for mine, Ive been wondering the best way to go about it, If i go down the sheet idea, If the body is ever looking abit tatty, They could come off easily while the body gets sprayed, Then put back on.

Nice truck mate,what happened to the l200 tipper.

 

it had started over heating, the electrics were acting up, the imobiliser took a minute to kick in every time you started it. it was a great truck but needed swapping. it had done 173000 hard miles when i sold it.

mine isnt finished yet, hopefully get her back this week. The tp isnt going on the back(unfortunately) but a grab and rotator is going on the crane, internal bolsters and a tail lift for carrying my vari trak chipper.:001_smile:

 

 

I like it! That's one hell of a drop side, it will make a ramp. It's going to be one machine does it all, like a transformer arb trucks in diguise! :thumbup: or perhaps a swiss army arb truck!:sneaky2:
