Got the hiab fitted to the new truck today, been lost without it.

 

That looks like a useful machine, i was going to say them daf wagons are high for hand balling logs, but you wont be doin much of that with the crane on :thumbup: did you have to cut the body down to mount the crane?

No we unbolted and pushed it back and re bolted and fitted an extendable towbar. This way you get the back to touch the ground at a gentle enough angle to run stumper and tracked chipper on.

 

So you can actually drive a machine straight on whilst the body is tipped up? how much does it overhang by?
