What tablet?

Hi Guys

Im going to run my company digitally to save on paper and time! I would love to go with Apple but they are to expensive and too powerful for what we need! I have three teams so I want to buy a tablet for each team leader so I can communicate with them and they can have all of there paperwork before and after photos etc...

 

Just want your info on good tablets out there?

I know you have said no to Apple but I would defiantly go with the iPad! Not helpful but yeah!

Sony Xperia Z phone OR tablet for its great camera. You can get free software for opening/editing Microsoft packages (e.g. Word/Excel). It's splashproof, has good quality screen resolution. Not overly expensive. For using all day every day e.g. for surveying, it's not up there for that I don't think, partially owing to the battery life.

Go apple mate, it just works. Everything else just works sometimes!! However the sony stuff looks interesting, waterproof/dustproof/robust, and supposedly the best camera ever.

Hate to say it, but the iPad is the one to go for. It works. The others seem good but end up more hassle

I use the ipad and its great. My girlfriend has the tesco hudl and she is very happy with it she was able to use her tesco vouchers and got it for £20 quid bargin so might be worth looking into.

Also worth mentioning that if you are gonna be entirely digital the thing to remember is backup backup backup. If it doesn't exist in 4 places it doesn't exist at all!

Don't be tight, get an iPad, you can tether your iPad to your mobile phone for the internet so you don't need 3G or a separate contract.

 

I'm very anti Iphone but I have an iPad which is way cool. Programs for it just work really well as apple monitor and approve all the apps before they are released.

Like them or hate them Apple have the better security, unlike android or microsoft you don't need to purchase extra security.

Never been compromised with Apple, microsoft on the other hand.
