That's why the quadchip travels with the hopper forward so there is no overhangs at the back.

Don't know what the answer is but I know if I got a roadside inspection in the situation I mentioned I'd get a warning!

yeah I agree It's not Great one Solution is to have the lights on the chassis but then they stick out if you move the turn table.

The 1 thing I didn't like was the light's are on the bottom of the hopper and turn with it so if I'm working a call out at evening Time and have the hopper turned onto the verge apart from the truck lights nowt pointing backwards so a higher risk of getting hit and with my clumsy feet kicking the lenses.

Looked will built.

Ironically look in the background and ic the answer

Perhaps a flashing beacon wired into the chipper?

You could argue that its a moot point as if you are working roadside it should be within proper traffic management anyway.....and yes I know it doesn't always work like that :sneaky2:

Yes, yes, and yes but I'll stick with my quadchip thanks, got led repeaters on the chipper and on the back of the trucks

It's a minor point on an otherwise fairly good looking machine. Looks like tw have listened to customers gripes and done something about it.
