Hi,

The plastic 25litre cans will cost the same as 5x 5litre. We are looking into metal 20/ 25 drums but the extra cost of refilling may mean this is a none starter.

I would buy them as easier to store for me. Do you have them in stock? I am getting my Aspen from Barrie at garden kit? He is very efficient at supplying me:)

We don't not stock the 25 litre cans at this time.

Sorry

Hi,

The plastic 25litre cans will cost the same as 5x 5litre.

Why?

A 5 litre can here costs about £16-18 or £3.20-£3.60 per liter

A 25 liter can £65, or £2.60 per liter

Aspen is brilliant and well worth the cost

I agree, just need it to be available in 25 litre plastic drums;)

Sorry Hodge, I fear it may be a long time before we see 25litre containers of Aspen.

But we will keep it coming in fives!

Hodge they come in what's like vacuum packs of 3, on a pallet.

I've built them like bricks and they take up approx 100cm x 100cm x 25cm wide .and there's less chance of spillage with the 5l plastic containers imo.

If Jonesie is offering free delivery on one barrel then that is a good price, as single barrels direct from AAOil are charged at £40 plus vat delivery.

But even so, based on his web prices there is only a saving of 9p per litre over the 54x5l pallet price.

Not as big a difference as you may think.

£23 quid, and no getting rid of empty. Hmmm...

Can aspen separate like pump fuel and 2t oil can if stood undisturbed for a while?

Exactly 23 quid is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick and no cans.
