Climb the tree as quick as!

:laugh1::laugh1:, I know you could say you were using a back handle, but if you owned up and admitted using a top handle is there a law that states you should not be using it on the ground?

It was in Thurrock Huck...the Tree officer saw the blokes using MS200T's on the ground...they were off the contract with immediate effect...I was freelancing for the firm that picked up the work afterwards....

true! how can the hse fine you when your just trying to carry out a BS3998 pruning cut? im pretty sure it will give a better cut than a husky with 20" bar! but yeah i work in a company that does a lot of highways council work, so i guess il just sweat it out with the silky instead!! its a bit of a grey area really!

So was I. And if I remember correctly, somebody working with us seemed to be doing his best to repeat history. :001_rolleyes:
