How fit should you be ??

Hi,

 

Im not a pro, but have a large small holding, I think you need to be as fit as possible, I keep fit by my work. Im often surprised at how unfit some people are, but then they may not be used to working in 35 degree heat.

I think your body soon adapts and builds itself up to you the work you usually carry out on a day to day basis. I know when I first started arb I used to ache, and be in bed by about 8 for the first 2 or 3 weeks, now it doesn't seem too hard. However doing a big reduction requires more fitness, but I do think a good technique and conserving your energy help and thinking things through a bit more you can god for longer

I'm surprised at how unfit I've become. Used to play football, do martial arts, run, climb and everything else without missing a beat... Now I get knackered getting out the car.:lol:
