How do we not have a chainsaw photo thread?

I keep a cutdown paint brush "tethered" to my fuel can for getting crud out of places I don't want it.

Me to. :thumbup1:

The starter handle fits between the two spigots on both fillers to help unscrew them if needed.

Same on mine, stupid idea IMO as the you're fighting against the recoil starter spring, if they made them big enough and put a milled edge on they wouldn't need to re-invent the wheel.

Thanks Bish Bash, I appreciate the kindness mate.

Probably the most beautiful saws I've ever seen, no doubt!

But nyet on that fueling cap design!

Old stihls from the early to mid 80's had the most rag swipable clean design.

Then came the friggin flippy cap crap!

Good looks ain't everything I guess.

Thanks again mate.

Just pull out starter, hold cord with left hand, now you've got plenty of slack to make it easy. I trimmed my paint brush handle so it fits, the starter handle is a last resort. Maybe I should patent my multi-function debris and cap removal tool?

(Thanks for the Sugi "steer", replied on post)

Jomoco. Time will tell, I've not got it dirty enough to tell :blushing:. Better than the flush fit Husky caps I'm more familiar with, and infinitely better than the easy flip monstrosities.

No problem, glad to help considering you posted the Echo Carb pdf. :thumbup1:

My favourite saying is I can break anything, but that is impressive even by my standards and I've broken main battle tanks!
