Sounds like you need to get out of there!

These types of folk are very clever and sneaky, with split personalities .

Narcissists through and through!

You won't win with them , the bosses are being tricked and they don't know it.

Chuck it and free yourself!

You've hit the nail on the head.its like emmerdale where u have a serial killer that fools everyone n they find out when it's too late. I've told the bosses il leave of nothin is done, couple of weeks they've got. Will have to ask the pros of arbtalk for some work haha

I fear you may have sealed your own fate there. As a freelancer I have worked for a lot of different companies and seen a lot of stuff. I have learned to keep my mouth shut, keep my opinions to myself, and if i'm not happy then I walk. In my experience people don't like being told how to run their business, even if you are pointing out relevant things. They may well know what you are saying is true but their backs will be put out of joint regardless, and you will be viewed as the trouble maker until such a time they learn for themselves, often too late. I speak from experience. If I were you i'd just walk.

Same here. Nobody likes being told how to play with their own train set. :001_rolleyes:

I agree, I'm ready to take whatever they throw at me, and I've kept quiet for so long that it's not doable any more, it's not just me, the other 4members of the team have said/done the same. Walking away will be my option in jus trying to give the bosses a chance

That's what I did last night, it was one step to far so let him have it, best bit was got a text back saying if I'd havant grievances he hoped I would have spoken to him about it before, I have Iwas the team leader so was in the office at least twice a week telling himwhatwas going offend just got the usual bull in response. Feeling alot better now I've done it though and being able vent on here helps ;)

I get itchy ankles and a dry cough that doesn't go away when I'm stressed, that's the first sign!

Oh and calling an ambulance when you think you are having a heart attack is the 2 NCD sign, luckily it was an anxiety attack!

Break free, do not put your life desicion said in someone else's hands, it's not their priority! Imagine never having to deal with any of that again from this point on and being in charge of your own future!

The best decisions I have ever made has been last thing on a Sunday night, I would worry all weekend and then once the horrendous phone call was done, I was free!

There is tons of work out there, always something to do.

Live your life!!
