Took my saws in for a "service"

I used to carry out repairs and service on power tools and generators.

 

If the machines were beyond economical repair rod going to be expensive to repair we used to phone the customer, tell them how much and if they decided not to go ahead with the repair we send the machine back in bits unless they paid for the time to reassemble them

 

It looks to me like they have checked for scoring on the piston

It was the first and last time I'll be using them. There only 15 minutes away. The guy I normally use (who's English) is a hour away but brilliant.

 

Managed to get the saws back together and will be going for a drive to see Steve- locally known as "the pom on the hill"
