Evening all

Just browsing on skyland and was having a think, I need some new trousers....now I use hi flex type c, in my opinion very good in the winter not so good in the summer due to how thick they are, now I was wondering who here climbs wearing type a trousers? Because I'm thinking, in terms of comfort type a might be an option, now I know you loose the rear protection, but on examination of my current set, all the damage has been done to the front...and type a seem to protect the main areas, arteries ect

What are your thoughts?

Most of the time, I just wear pruning trousers as in no protection, when I want protection I just have type A's I really don't see the point of C's unless it's company policy or your in experienced, there is no reason to have the saw behind you period.

You say most of the damage has been done to the front? You don't mean from a saw I hope.

See I'm in the same mind with you there, at no point have I ever used a saw behind myself...type a covers all of the front and the Inside...and unsure of the need for rear protection...

No no not from a chain saw, I'm just talking general wear and tear
