Called out to a large wind blown pear today nice long straight trunk approx 3ft diameter 7ft to first limb and a nice straight secondary the rest looks fire wood will cut off stump tm to see if it is sound if it is, will it be worth milling ? And knocking money off the job for the decent timber.

Pear for veneer fetched more than Yew, GBP15Hft+ 20 year back.

It was pitch black ill get some pics up and assess it properly first thing
