its a total joke you have to have so much evidance to get anything done or for those caught to be prosecuted. then read that 880 .000 moterist caught in a box junction or in a bus lane talk about money for old rope but wanting real crime dealt with give up. also read that certain parts of towns and citys crime is hardley reported the locals do the justice themselfs.
