Very cool. I've got a Tsurugi, otherwise I would have one.

 

A handle could be made for it looking at the blade, but it would have fixings on it. That would also defeat the object of buying the Tsurugi as it's bolt-less:biggrin:

Take some pictures of it, draw around the handle and blade separately on a piece of paper scan it and send it to me bud.

Ill have a look and give it a go during a quite spell and see how it turns out bud 👍

The bowls will start once ive the right sized wood in and once ive finished the other 6 handles 👍 just awaiting for some more/different type blades aswell bud

I bought a few ARS turbo cut pruning saws a few years ago, only a pound each, now wish I bought the whole box.

 

I made a Walnut handle for one and it works very well, finished with gun stock oil.

 

I will be making handles for the other blades but will give the handle some more curve.

Really nice finished work!, I especially like the picture of your supervisor pretending to be sweeping up behind you while carefully taking mental notes for your next evaluation.
