Happy to cut down on sugar (don't eat much of it anyway) and processed meat and meals, but bread, pasta and potatoes? Difficult!

 

Also, isn't bacon a processed meat? (Preservatives, water etc. - unless you get expensive pure pig bacon?)

Can't stand black coffee, apart from the occasional espresso in the sun with a croissant somewhere... I'm guessing no croissants either?!
