Finding it easier to get up in the morning and make eggs etc..

I think thats because subconsiously you know you have to or you'll regret it mid morning. I'm the same...have never been good at getting up in the mornings. I would usually get up 5 minutes before I had to leave for work, skip breakfast then just eat crap on the road.(not actual crap on the road)

How is everyone's paleo adventure going?.im two years deep now and going strong, after a swap over to more crossfit based workouts and timber sports im finding it to be an ideal diet for almost any application. Blood work and everything is coming back absolutely spot on, biggest benefit I have found is lack of aching and quicker recovery time.

I've sacked it, there is some evidence that a high protein diet can increase your risk of cancer.

I'm keeping a reduced carb intake, they recon the "third rule" is best, i.e., 1 third protein, 1 third veg and 1 third carb.

Been back on limited carbs for a couple of days and still feeling good.

Thoroughly debunked...

Animal protein as bad as smoking?!

I agree with you that excess carbs are a major cause of modern health concerns.

I'm down to 7.25% bodyfat on Keto, I reckon that'll do. I'm going to start eating a bit more Paleo, but I'm not giving up the butter! No way. Today I've eaten keto as usual but with a couple of apples. I will report back after a month. This does mean, however, that I have to give up my weekly cheat chocolate evening :lol:
