Who else is still on the wagon?

I've been falling off slightly the last week- been lifting hard and nibbling on cereal in the evenings. Those naughty carbs really help my lifts. Have resolved to get back on it. Up to 8% bodyfat but that's plenty acceptable as I'm trying to bulk up a little bit.

Twelve eggs and a pound of steak today. Plus an onion for good carbs.

Down to 78kg from 96kg. Was never fully strict and I like a couple of glasses of wine at night. Have one treat day which is Sunday when I can have a bacon sarney, pasta or maybe a couple of bits of toast but otherwise my eating habits are way better than they were. Still don't eat sugar except for the odd time I have mint sauce, mustard or horseradish but otherwise I'm clean.

Im down to 10% body fat, and 20 lbs off. Just worked out ive had a sinus problem for a good while, bad headaches... Sudafed really helps!

Ben, you guys still get access to the good stuff over there. Came back with a bag full of pseudo ephedrine sudofed last time which is so much better than the imitation stuff we get. Try Neil med nasal rinse. Helps heaps.
