Also, black coffee /tea and dry cereal?!

Do the ends really justify the pain?!

once you have given it a go there doesnt seem to be much pain - quite the opposite - everything works better and if you lapse a bit as most of us do from time to time you start feeling crap again going back on the old foods.

I was open to the psycological arguements where it might just be that someone is motivated and therefore feels better, but have been doing it for a good few months now and think I can discount that- in my case at least.

Dont really miss a lot of things I thought I would.

Very true. The modern grain-based diet is poison.

Oats aren't too bad,Its the way wheat has been bred for high yields , protein and gluten that is bad for our diet.

I've lost 2 stone since April , by cutting out the Dohnuts, cookies, muffins and alcohol. Also reduced the sugar, bread, pasta potatoes and rice and replaced with extra veg.

I eat more fish and nuts which I like ,but I won't give up milk, cream and butter.

Hows it going Ian?

Ok mate, been a bad week with sickness and shits but no bread, pasta, rice or processed crap, the wife is doing it aswell not feeling any benefits yet and today I feel totally knackered with NO energy but thats the tummy bug I think.

We have cut out takeaways and sugar so will see what happens!
