Late night phone calls......

You are the type of customer most will try and avoid, just others haven't learnt that yet:biggrin:

I do 99% of my dealings with text or email, I find it far more efficient and takes very little time, once I'm on the phone I'm on it for ages :blushing:And I go off in tangents and end up having a chat, also with my iPhone I have all my info, so when it's on text or email, I can copy and paste into my notes and calendar.

I forgot to call a customer this week because I answered the phone to him earlier in the week, hung up and then got distracted.:blushing:

I apologised, admitted it was my fault, he was very understanding as I've worked for him before:001_smile:

I'm the complete opposite, I would much sooner speak to someone than send a texts and I'm far more likely to remember a call than a text.

We are all different :001_smile:

I like getting calls about work, it make me feel wanted :001_tt2:

The best of all is when they phone and say "I'm sorry to call you on a Sunday, but.........." the sentence pretty much explains it all!

Just this minute had exactly that, but with the added, " I need it doing very soon"

This customer I have worked for twice before and just goes to prove my previous statement, people who ring out of hours turn out to be the nobs who you don't really want as customers.

Thing is, they don't even have any trees, just shrubs :001_rolleyes:
